About me

A JOURNEY TO PURPOSE

If I could choose again at 18? I'd be a forest ranger or psychologist. But life had different plans. After 25 years in business, two world trips, and numerous life experiences, I finally embraced my true calling as a coach.

My journey is enriched by my deep connection with nature, years in the timber industry, and extensive personal development study. The loss of my brother became a turning point, leading me to mindfulness. Through intensive training with Edel Maex, I developed expertise in mindfulness practice.
