Before making Sweden my home in 2022, I founded and led Seven Miles, an HR consultancy firm in Antwerp. We grew to twenty professionals, supporting SMEs with HR policy, coaching, conflict mediation, and leadership training. Life took an unexpected turn when I experienced a brain injury, leading my partner and me to embrace a quieter life in rural Sweden.

We developed a proposal for a five-day program, but are of course happy to put together a program tailored to your goals and pace
